1. When does my SavingSim card balance expire?
The SavingSim card balance expires after 24 months if it has not been increased within that time period.

2. Will the calling charges be billed to my balance?
Your charges begin when the person you have called has answered his or her telephone. If you are called in a country that does not have free incoming calls, then you will pay only when you have answered.

3. When I call, I hear the message “Call not allowed” and I am not called back.
Some telephones only allow you to call from the main menu. This is because not all telephones support our “SavingSim Toolkit”. Select the ‘Call’ option from the menu and then choose ‘Dial’.  Then enter the number and press ‘OK’. In the screen you will see ‘Please wait’. Within 5 seconds, you will be called back and connected to the number you have selected. This situation generally only occurs in telephones that are more than three years old.

4. Per how many second intervals will I be billed?
Calls are billed in 60-second intervals.

5. Does the SavingSim card work in all telephones?
Yes, the card works in all mobile telephones that do not have a SIM lock.

6. Can I keep my current telephone number?
Unfortunately, this function is not available at the moment

7. Can the person I am calling see my telephone number?
Yes, the number is visible, although it may be possible that some international telecom carriers do not support this function.

8. What do I do if I forget my PIN code?
After three attempts to enter an incorrect PIN code, your mobile telephone will be blocked. If you wish to unblock it, you must enter the PUK code you received with your mobile telephone.

9. How can I increase my balance?
You can increase your balance via this website.
